 you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any product or service for other commercial purposes or any portion of the Site, without Print A Portal 's express written consent.All the free designing(example;T-Shirts designs,Artworks,design re-adjustments etc) done by us is copyright of print a portal ,if you wish to re print any of these else where you must acquire  permission in writing from us.

Termination:

 You agree that print a portal, in its sole discretion, may terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, including but not limited to termination of your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Site, and remove and discard any Content you may have contributed to the Site, at any time for any reason or no reason. print a portal may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Site, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site under any provision of this Agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that print a portal may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files of the Site. you agree that print a portal has right to cancel full or part of your order with or without any explanation.

Copyright:

you agree that print a portal take no responsibility for any  content you provide us in for designing ,redesigning or printing or any other services that print a portal provide,therefore it is your responsibility to make sure you have rights to use the content you are providing us."Content" means any and all artwork, audio clips, data, designs, digital images, drawings, graphics, images, information, metadata, photographs, Product specifications, sketches, stitch files and text, or any combination of these elements that you send to Print A Portal for placement  on physical or electronic products made by print a portal.

Returns and Refunds:

you agree that there will be no refund,repair or replacement of custom made or personalized products or services. Customer can only cancel the order before the printing is started on the approved artwork. Set up or Designing charges will be deducted from you paid amount.

 Print A portal will not accept goods returned or exchanged for change of mind. Goods must be Checked within 5 days of delivery for  faults or short in quantity. customer will pay return shipping .Goods will only be accepted for return for one of the following reasons:

 Goods do not comply with the quote, in quantity  or design as signed off  by the customer.

For any order that meets the returns policy. Print A Portal  will replace the goods. 

If your not 100% sure how the product will look after printing, we do suggest you get a sample printed and sent out to you.
 This is done at a cost  and is not a commitment for the full order.

Print A Portal does not collect personal information unless it is necessary functions or activities .We  will destroy your personal information when it is no longer required for such functions and activities.We usually acquire this information from you directly.

Direct marketing:

From time to time Print A Portal may send you information regarding what new is happening or other activities like promotion of products and services.
If you do not wish to receive direct marketing information, please let us  know and will take immediate steps to ensure that you do not receive any direct marketing information in future.

IMPORTANT - If you require colour matching, we will require a PMS Colour to be chosen using a Pantone Colour book. We cannot guarantee the 100% colour match as you see on your own computer screen to be same as the final product ,because Pantone colourss react differently on different products .Print A Portal will not replace goods if the colour is not 100% match.
